FLRP advises Sicame Group on the acquisition of SKELT

Portuguese law firm Ferreira Leite, Rua, Pontes & Associados has advised French group SICAME on the acquisition of the entire share capital of SKELT, S.A., a company established in the Portuguese market for 35 years and leader in the production of accessories for high voltage lines
