FLC Capital has appointed Santiago Casas Vilaseca as its new head of legal. He joins from Cuatrecasas, where he was a principal associate.

Casas Vilaseca has experience in corporate law and the real estate sector. In his new role, he will oversee FLC Capital’s legal matters as the company continues to expand its transaction activity.
