Five-E expands its legal department in Madrid

Five-E has hired two new members for its legal department. Antonio Chiusolo and Valentina Calle now work at the firm’s headquarters, located in Madrid.

Five-E, a company active in the energy transition sector in Italy and abroad, continues its growth strategy by announcing the entry of two new legal resources. They are Antonio Chiusolo (pictured right) and Valentina Calle (pictured left). Both professionals are based in Five-E’s Madrid office and are directly involved in the group’s legal affairs, with a particular focus on the development of solar and biomethane projects.

Chiusolo joins Five-E as legal director for Italy and abroad, reporting directly to Valentina Mercati, the group’s general counsel and CEO. Calle joins the in-house team as legal advisor for Spain, reporting directly to Chiusolo.

Chiusolo comes from Abei Energy, where he has worked since 2020 and previously worked in the Madrid office of law firm Chavarri Abogados. Calle comes from Samsung Electronics with a master’s degree from Fordham Law School in New York and previous in-house experience.
