Fieldfisher signs Anaïs Cobo, ex Broseta, as a new labor partner

Fieldfisher starts 2025 consolidating its growth plan focused on attracting talent with the incorporation of Anaïs Cobo, former head of the labor department of Broseta Abogados, as new labor partner in Barcelona. The new partner will work alongside Talmac Bel, current labor partner in Barcelona.

Anaïs has stated that she is “very excited to join again an international firm and, especially, a department with great professionals and a great project”.

Anaïs brings more than a decade of experience in labor and employment law, specializing in international mobility, global reorganizations, due diligence processes, and occupational risk prevention. She also has a strong track record in negotiating with works councils and unions, designing and implementing equality plans, and representing clients in labor inspections.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, Anaïs led the labor department at Broseta Abogados in Barcelona, managing a team and participating in major international projects. Previously, she developed her career in prestigious law firms such as Baker & McKenzie, Jiménez de Parga and Deloitte, where she consolidated her reputation as an expert in labor law.

Anaïs has complemented her professional activity with teaching, having taught at ESADE and participated as a contributor in articles specialized in human resources. She holds a degree in Law from Ramon Llull University (ESADE), where she also completed a master’s degree specializing in Labor and Social Security Law.
