Fernando Cerdá joins Cases & Lacambra
Cases & Lacambra has strengthened its restructuring and insolvency practice with the incorporation of Fernando Cerdá, who joins the firm led by Miguel Cases and Ernesto Lacambra, Chairman and Managing Partner, as of counsel, in order to strengthen the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice.
Fernando Cerdá, professor of commercial law, specialises in providing legal advice to clients before the courts, especially in disputes relating to company law, insolvency law, contract law, competition law, tort law, accounting law, as well as issuing legal opinions on these matters. Prior to this he worked at Pérez-Llorca and was partner of Cuatrecasas.
