EY advises Oakley on its acquisition of a majority stake in NOX
EY Abogados has advised Oakley Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in J J Ballvé, S.L., the Spanish company behind NOX, one of the world’s leading padel brands, currently sponsoring Agustín Tapia, who holds the No. 1 position in the International Padel Federation ranking.
EY Abogados provided comprehensive tax, legal, and labour advisory services throughout the transaction. The firm’s work covered due diligence, tax structuring of the investment, and tax, legal, and labour support in the implementation of the warranty scheme and related insurance policy.
The tax team was led by Leire Arlabán Merino (Tax Partner) and Henar Ramos (Senior Manager), alongside Susana Gómez Badiola (Corporate/M&A Partner), Nacho Sevilla (Corporate/M&A Senior Manager), and Carmen Moure (Corporate/M&A Manager) on the legal side.
