EY advises Cionbon on office RE acquisition

EY Abogados has advised Cionbon Spain, S.L. on the purchase of the Madrid headquarters of technology consultancy Vector ITC

EY Abogados has advised Cionbon Spain, S.L., a sister company of Zambal Spain SOCIMI, managed by IBA Capital Partners- in the purchase of a 14,886 square metre office building located at km 16.4 of the A6 highway, in the municipality of Las Rozas. Cionbon has purchased the asset from the family office Naropa Capital, the investment company in which the Valladolid-based Fermoselle family, owners of the now-defunct Parquesol, holds a stake.

The property is leased in its entirety to Vector Software Factory, S.L. (Vector ITC Group) and has recently been refurbished by Lamela Arquitectos.

With this transaction, the fund manager IBA Capital Partners, founded in 2013, accumulates a total of transactions worth more than €2 billion, between investments and divestments of different vehicles represented and managed by itself.
