EY Abogados advises Grupo Trendy Chic on sale to Grupo Mayoral

EY Abogados has advised the shareholders of Grupo Trendy Chic on the sale of 75% of its capital stock to Grupo Mayoral, through its vehicle Indumenta Pueri

They were supported on the deal by their team Carmen Esteban García -Bernalt (senior manager) and Luis Pinedo Martin (senior). For its part, Grupo Mayoral has been advised by PWC, with a team led by Nicolás Molina (managing partner of the Malaga office), Javier Gómez Dominguez (M&A partner) and Rocío Mata González (senior manager).
