EY Abogados advises AERTiCKET Group on the acquisition of Servivuelo

EY Abogados has successfully advised the AERTiCKET Group on its acquisition of the company Zamer Viajes, -commercially known as Servivuelo-, a leading airline consolidator in the Spanish market, serving approximately 11,500 travel agencies.

This transaction represents a significant milestone for AERTiCKET, reinforcing its leadership position in the wholesale airline ticket sector, fostering advancements in technological solutions for the tourism industry, and strengthening its market presence in Spain.
