Evershed Sutherland advises CEVA Logistics on the acquisition of Bergé Gefco

EvershedSutherland has advised CEVA Logistics on the acquisition of Bergé Gefco.

Bergé Gefco is a joint venture developing vehicle logistics services in Spain in which GEFCO and Bergé held 50% of the equity of the joint venture.

The transaction has been led by Corporate partner Juan E. Díaz, supported by David Williams (Corporate, Counsel), Diego Cruz-Villalón (Corporate, Counsel), Ana González Orcajo (Corporate, Associate) and Vicente Arias Máiz (IP/TMT Partner).
