Deloitte appoints Carlo Gagliardi as Europe’s new managing partner 

Deloitte Legal has appointed Carlo Gagliardi (pictured) as its new managing partner for Northern and Southern Europe, including Spain and Portugal.

Gagliardi has been the managing partner of Deloitte Legal since 1 June 2018. He is specialised in corporate, M&A and equity capital markets. Also, he practised for over 13 years at different national and international law firms, assisting in numerous transactions until 2012, when he left the profession to join BPM where he was appointed General Counsel as well as Chairman of WeBank and director of Banca Akros and Banca Popolare di Mantova. 

“I have no intention of abandoning my Italian ship – quite simply – I will have more sea to sail! And I look forward to exploring these new horizons with the same passion and enthusiasm as in the last five years, but with more experience and awareness”, said the new managing partner.
