Evergreen Legal advises Arraigo in a transaction with Atrys Pharmaceuticals

The Spanish company specialized in telemedicine and medical services, Atrys Health, has completed its exit from the capital of the consulting firm Conversia with the sale of the 75% it held for 35 million euros. The buyer of 100% of Conversia’s capital is the alternative investment fund for large fortunes or “family offices” Arraigo, participated by the private equity firm Inveready.

The investment group has positively valued the promising projection of Conversia, dedicated to the provision of regulatory compliance services, global advice and training to SMEs and professionals, and intends to continue its commitment to innovation applied to healthcare.

Evergreen Legal team advising Arraigo has been formed by Ignacio Freire, Luis Vegas, Celia Gil, Marina Roji and Miguel Balseiro participated in the M&A part. Alberto Campo and Yurena Medina were in charge of the financing. Jacobo de la Guardia was in charge of the tax part.
