ETL Global integrates two firms in Granada
ETL Global continues with its expansion strategy and this time it does so in Granada, integrating the firms MPM Asesoría Laboral and Asesoría Antonio Martínez Martínez, in Gesolutio ETL Global. A team of more than 25 professionals will be formed, becoming a single firm.

MPM Laboral, led until now by its founding partner, Purificación Santaella Santaella, and Asesoría Antonio Martínez Martínez, led until now by its founding partner who gives his name to the firm, have joined the ETL Global group through the firm Gesolutio ETL Global based in Granada, unifying services and team. The result of this merger will add up to a team of 25 professionals.
Team of more than 25 professionals
With their arrival at Gesolutio, a firm integrated in the ETL Global group since 2022, specialized in professional services of integral advice for the self-employed, SMEs and large companies, a team of more than 25 professionals will be formed, “becoming a single, larger firm, with greater synergies, more specialties and a wider range of services”, the firm has shared in a press release.
This merger will result in a multidisciplinary consulting services firm that will provide its clients with legal advice, labor, tax and accounting outsourcing, commercial advice, mediation, subsidy management, human resources, investment plans, feasibility plans, due diligence, mergers, takeovers and spin-offs of companies.
Julio José Álvarez Martos and Fermín Roldán González, founding partners of Gesolutio ETL Global face this new stage as: “A new impulse of expansion that will allow us to continue offering our clients a wider range of services, without losing the close and personalized attention that has always characterized us” and they add: “we are very proud of this operation because we will be the reference law firm in Granada”.
New headquarters
Gesolutio ETL GLOBAL will be moving in the next month to new offices located at Calle Recogidas 12, 1º, (Granada), reinforcing its presence in the city with a team of more than 25 professionals.
