ETL Global integrates Adade Soria in Castilla y León

ETL Global has integrated Adade Soria, a professional advisory firm based in the Spanish province of Soria, as part of its ongoing territorial expansion strategy in Spain. The integrated firm will operate under the new name Adares ETL Global, reinforcing the group’s footprint in the Castilla y León region.

Founded in Soria in 1996, Adares ETL Global has built a track record in fiscal, labour, accounting, and commercial advisory services, primarily serving self-employed professionals, SMEs, and family businesses. The firm currently operates three offices in the province — two in the provincial capital and one in Ólvega — and serves a client portfolio of over 400. Its team of more than 20 multidisciplinary professionals also has expertise in corporate and M&A transactions.

The integration will allow the firm to retain its traditional advisory areas while adding new service lines, including business consulting across various areas of law, human resources, compliance, industrial property, and insolvency administration, says ETL. A dedicated service for corporate buy-and-sell transactions — covering identification, structuring, and execution of investment and divestment opportunities — will also be introduced in collaboration with another ETL Global group firm.

Leadership and profiles

Adares ETL Global will be led by three partners. Agustín López Ruiz, a law graduate from the University of Zaragoza and former official of the Spanish Tax Agency on leave of absence, has been active in the profession since 1992 and oversees the firm’s legal and labour department. Purificación Palomar Berlanga, a partner since 1999, coordinates the corporate law area and handles inheritance management, property conveyancing, and corporate transactions. Lourdes Ramos Ramos, a graduate in Labour Relations from the University of Valladolid and a partner since 2007, heads the personal income tax area and the administration department.

“Joining ETL Global allows us to take a professional step forward, offering our clients a broader range of services without giving up what has always set us apart: close relationships and personalised service. It is a natural step towards the future, which we approach with enthusiasm and commitment”, says Agustín López.

This move consolidates ETL Global’s presence in Castilla y León, adding local talent and proximity to the regional business community, states ETL Global. The group’s expansion strategy targets the middle market segment, “with a long-term commitment to supporting local businesses and professionals in adapting to evolving economic challenges”.
