Eskariam secures €50M from Victory Park Capital
Eskariam, the Spanish law firm specialising in complex damages litigation, has secured a €50 million senior secured credit facility from Victory Park Capital, a US-based private credit firm and affiliate of Janus Henderson Group.
The financing will support the firm’s growth strategy, including expansion of its litigation teams and enhancement of its operational and technological capabilities.
Eskariam currently manages over €1.5 billion in claims and is active in large-scale competition disputes involving multinational corporations.
The facility is structured as asset-backed financing tailored to the firm’s litigation model. Eskariam aims to reach €3.5 billion in claims under management by 2030.
CEO David Fernández said the partnership strengthens the firm’s ability to pursue long-term, high-quality litigation against major global companies and supports its ambition to build a leading European litigation platform.
