Elisa Seara Vaz reinforces CTSU team
Deloitte’s practice in Portugual, CTSU, strengthened its banking and finance, regulatory and compliance and insurance team by hiring Elisa Seara Vaz.

Elisa Seara Vaz has extensive experience in providing ongoing legal advice on matters related to regulation, regulatory compliance, product governance and contracting banking operations and services. She participated in several projects, locally and globally, to implement legislation and regulations applicable to the sector, including PSD2, MCD, PAD, MIFID2, PRIIPs, GDPR, among others.
With work developed in the banking and financial sector, Elisa Seara Vaz has been a member since 2014 the legal department of Deutsche Bank AG – Sucursal em Portugal and subsequently the department Abanca Corporación Bancaria, SA – Branch in Portugal, as in-house legal. Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, she later completed a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal from Lisbon.
