Ejaso adds Beatriz Navas as insurance partner
As Iberian Lawyer can exclusively anticipate, Ejaso has strengthened its litigation practice with the appointment of Beatriz Navas as partner and head of the Civil Liability and Insurance area. Beatriz Navas joins Ejaso from DYD Bufete Abogados, where she served as managing partner of the civil liability practice.
In her past role, she directed litigation across general and professional civil liability, covering sectors including engineering, architecture, healthcare, law, and security systems companies. She also worked closely with insurers such as Mapfre España and Caser Seguros (Grupo Helvetia), contributing to strategic decision-making and pre-litigation viability assessments.
Navas holds a law degree from the Universidad Europea and a Master’s in Insurance and Risk Management from the Universidad Pontificia and Fundación Mapfre, complemented by executive leadership programmes.
Manuel González-Haba, counsel at Ejaso, is among the firm’s senior figures welcoming the new partner. The firm noted that Navas’s deep knowledge of the insurance sector and her experience managing complex matters align with its model of providing technical advice with a business-oriented strategic outlook.
