Eduardo Romero joins Auren’s board of directors
Eduardo Romero, partner in the strategy and process consulting division at Auren, has joined the firms’ board of directors. With a solid track record in the consulting field, for over two decades he has been part of Auren. He joins the board replacing Javier Cantera, who in recent years has led the consulting division. Cantera will remain connected to the firm as a member of the advisory board and will continue to participate actively in various projects.
Auren’s board of directors is now composed of Mario Alonso, José Luis Galipienso, Ignacio Irígoras and, from now on, Eduardo Romero, together with David Torralba and Matthias Geyssens, representing Waterland. Mario Alonso will continue to serve as chairman of the firm.
About Eduardo Romero
Romero holds a degree in Biology, specialising in Biotechnology, from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Total Quality Management from the ETSII at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He is also an IRCA-certified lead auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. In the academic field, he was a professor for eight years in the master’s degree in Quality Management and the Madrid Excelente Chair at Rey Juan Carlos University.
