Ecija hires María Jesús Álvarez
Ecija has hired María Jesús Álvarez (pictured) as a new partner in the Advisory division. The team, which includes 6 partners and more than 40 professionals, specialises in advising on business management: startups, investment funds, SMEs, large companies and foundations in tax, labour, commercial and accounting matters.
She has more than 20 years of experience in labour management and human resources consultancy. She has worked at Ernst & Young, Auxadi, Deloitte and BDO.
Her appointment aims to strengthen the service that Ecija Advisory offers in the outsourcing of payroll services, labour advice and human resources consultancy, personnel administration, among other specialities.

After the pandemic, there is an increasing demand for labour management services due to the new working and remuneration formulas”.
