Ecija advises Eurostick on the sale of all its share capital

Ecija has advised Eurostick on the sale of 100% of its share capital to CoGri Group (UK) and Holding Flat Ingenierie (France).

Eurostick is a spanish company specialised in testing, consultancy and on-site supervision of industrial floors for the logistics sector.

The ECIJA team advising on this transaction was led by the partner, Leticia Domínguez (pictured) with the support of senior associate, Carmen Ciurana and associate, Jorge Martín.
