Ecija advises Ananda Park on MBOne acquisition
Ecija has advised Ananda Park, the purchasing company, on the acquisition of MBOne, an office building of more than 22,000 square metres located in the La Moraleja business park, in Madrid. The transaction was driven by IBA Capital Partners and adds one of the main office assets in the north of Madrid to the buyer’s portfolio.
The property, located at Avenida de Europa 19 in Alcobendas, has more than 22,000 square metres of leasable area and 829 parking spaces. The investment also includes a plan to upgrade the asset, aimed among other objectives at improving its energy efficiency.

Ecija assisted Ananda Park on the two main fronts of the transaction. The firm’s real estate team, led by partner Iván Azinovic, advised on the negotiation of the purchase agreement for the building. The Banking & Finance team, led by partner Jesús Estévez, advised on the negotiation of the mortgage financing granted by CaixaBank to fund the acquisition.
