Duet to acquire Anteco Systems the advisors
Duet Acquisition Corp, the Malaysia based blank check Company is to acquire Anteco Systems, the Spain based provider of internet of things (IoT) security services.
The consideration was $200m comprising of 20m shares at a offer price of $10 per share.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, including the receipt of certain regulatory approvals. AnyTech365 is expected to trade on NASDAQ under ticker symbol ANYT.
