Dower and PLMJ advise on Greengray €15M deal with Juno
Greengray Group has closed two investment deals worth a combined €15 million with Juno Fund, a closed-end venture capital fund managed by Oxy Capital. The group was advised by Dower Law Firm, while PLMJ represented Juno.
According to Dower, the investment — structured through the issuance of convertible bonds — will boost Greengray’s financial capacity to support its international growth strategy and foster innovation and research projects.
Greengray is a fully Portuguese industrial group with operations in Portugal and abroad. It brings together eight companies active in complementary sectors including metalworking, engineering, construction, telecommunications and energy.
The Dower team was led by managing partner Eduardo Castro Marques, and associates Cláudia Rodrigues Carvalho and Manuel César Machado. PLMJ’s team was headed by corporate M&A co-head partner Duarte Schmidt Lino, alongside senior associate Manuel Sequeira.
