DLA Piper: new head of the Financial Regulation and Investment Management and Funds area
DLA Piper has appointed Natalia López Condado (pictured) as counsel in charge of the Financial Services and Investment Management and Funds area within the Finance, Restructuring and Projects department, led by partner César Herrero.
López Condado has a professional background of almost 25 years of experience in the legal sector. She has experience in regulatory issues affecting the Private Banking sector in Spain and the Asset Management sector. She also has experience in anti-money laundering. She started her professional career at Clifford Chance, where she spent more than 20 years. She holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a PhD from Georgetown University and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago.
