DLA Piper assists Atlantia with Cellnex repurchase negotiation
DLA Piper has assisted Atlantia with the extension of its option to buy back 6% of Cellnex for one year
Atlantia, shareholder of Abertis, has reached an agreement to extend until July 12th, 2021, the repurchase option over 5.98% of Cellnex that it agreed in 2018, during the sale of its share in the telecommunication company to Edizione, belonging to the Benetton family holding in 2018.
DLA Piper team advising Atlantia was led by Corporate partner, Iñigo Gómez-Jordana (pictured) and included Corporate of counsel Jesús Palencia.
