DLA Piper and Cuatrecasas advise on the financing of Student Experience to build a student residence
DLA Piper and Cuatrecasas have advised on the agreement with the Dutch company Student Experience, specialized in premium student residences, to finance the construction of a residence hall in Granada.. DLA Piper has advised BBVA and Cuatrecasas has advised Student Esperience.
Student Esperience, a company specializing in premium student residences, will build a 520-place residence after closing BBVA’s financing.
Student Experience, in partnership with Rinkelberg Capital, is a Dutch Pbsa group that currently manages more than 3,000 beds in the Netherlands. Granada is its second project in Spain after its first location in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).
The financing, projects and restructuring team from DLA Piper was led by César Herrero Mazarío, partner in charge, Carmen Fernández-Ladreda Obegero, legal director, Sara Espina Sánchez and Ángel Ansorena Macías, associates.
