DLA Piper advises Sherpa Capital on the sale of Macrolibros
Spanish private equity fund Sherpa Capital has sold commercial Macrolibros, a printing and binding company for children’s educational books from Grupo Prisa, to Graficas Ceyde.
The resulting company will grow in size, combining its productive capacity and its know-how in closely related markets, with an emphasis on expanding its customer base, as well as expanding into new business verticals.
The team from DLA Piper was led by Corporate partner Teresa Zueco (pictured) and included senior associate Pablo García, and associate Luis Gutiérrez.
