DLA Piper ABBC advises on Euroatlantic Airways´ deal

DLA Piper ABBC advised the shareholder and founder of Euroatlantic Airways on the sale of the entire share capital to I-Jet Aviation

Euroatlantic Airways was founded in 1993 and is an international scheduled and non-scheduled commercial airline, registered in Portugal and operating on several routes in the North Atlantic (USA and Canada), Caribbean, Central and South America, Africa, Middle East, Pacific, Australia and Oceania and providing charter, lease and ad-hoc flights services.

The DLA Piper ABBC team involved in this transaction was led by partner António Moura Portugal (pictured) and senior associate Nuno Castelo Branco.
