Monlex advised Riu Hotels & Resorts on the acquisition of a Sheraton Hotel in San Francisco

The deal value was 290 million Dollars.

Riu Plaza Fisherman’s Wharf will be the chain’s third hotel in the United States. The hotel currently operates under the Sheraton brand and is owned by the ACRON Group.

The hotel is located in one of the most popular areas of the city along Pier 39 and in front of Alcatraz Island.
