DLA Piper ABBC advises DER Touristik on Real Estate deal

DLA Piper ABBC has advised DER Touristik Hotels & Resorts GmbH on a Real Estate transaction with Galro

As Iberian Lawyer could confirm, DLA Piper ABBC advised DER Touristik Hotels & Resorts GmbH on a transaction with Galro SGPS, S.A. and Zandkamp Holding, B.V., involving the acquisition of the shares of Lucullumar – Sociedade Hoteleira e Turismo S.A., owner of Galo Resort Hotels in Madeira.

In a press release, the company assures that the real estate transaction is one of the most “relevant in the hotel sector of the last years in Madeira Island”.

DLA Piper ABBC´s team was led by partner Luís Filipe Carvalho (pictured) and senior associate Paulo Anjo, and included senior associates Margarida Leitão Nogueira, Mariana Ricardo, and associates Daniela Rosa, Cidália Correia and Inês Melo dos Santos.
