Deudafix on €25M Financing Deal with BBVA Spark: The Advisors
Deudafix, a company specialising in mediation and debt cancellation services under the Second Chance Law in Spain, has signed a €25m financing agreement with BBVA Spark. This transaction will enable the company to scale its operational capacity and strengthen its position as a leader in financial relief solutions for people in a situation of economic vulnerability.
Cases & Lacambra has advised Deudafix on the financing agreement with BBVA Spark for up to €25 million, including a Term Loan and a Revolving Credit Facility.
