Madrid Dentons Capital Markets team has counselled Sacyr, S.A. on the renewal of Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme for an amount of €500 million

The transaction counted with the involvement of Banca March, S.A., as arranger and Banco Santander, S.A., Bankia, S.A., BNP Paribas, CaixaBank, S.A., Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Fidentiis Equities S.V., S.A., J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Société Générale, as dealers for the notes.
