Dentons counsels ACS on €500m French CP programme

Dentons Spain has counselled Actividades de Construcción y Servicios (ACS) on the renewal of its NEU-CP programme registered in the Banque de France (Bank of France) for €500 million

ACS has renewed its short-term debt Negotiable European Commercial Paper (NEU-CP) programme with the central bank of France for €500 million.

The Dealers have been BNP Paribas, BRED Banque Populaire, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (also acting as Arranger), ING Bank N.V. and NATIXIS (also acting as Issuing and Paying Agent.

Actividades de Construcción y Servicios (ACS) is the only non-financial debt issuer in Spain with a debt programme listed in the Bank of France.
