Dentons advises Jamestown on the sale of Las Rosas Shopping Center to Arkea
Dentons Spain Real Estate team has advised Jamestown, a global real estate investment and management firm, on the sale of the Las Rosas Shopping Center in Madrid to Arkea Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) through its SOCIMI, Transitions Europe.
Las Rosas Shopping Center is a prime retail asset in Madrid, attracting significant investor interest. This transaction highlights the ongoing appeal of the Spanish real estate market to international investors.
The firm executed this divestment as part of its strategic portfolio management, while Arkea REIM strengthens its footprint in Spain with this acquisition.
The transaction was led by Dentons’ partner Itxaso López, with the collaboration of senior associate Manuel de Cueto and associate Carlota García Ovies. Additionally, the Tax team, led by partner Maria Cortizas and senior associate Diego Carrera, advised on all tax-related aspects of the transaction.
