Deloitte Legal has advised Atresmedia on its corporate investment in the DM4H agency. Through this investment, Atresmedia takes another step forward in its leadership strategy in the new advertising environments in the influencer marketing and social media sector in Spain.
The transaction has been advised by Deloitte Legal’s M&A team: Francisco Mayor (partner), Carmen Muelas (senior associate) and Tamara Gutiérrez (associate).
Atresmedia already has a relevant participation in the influencer marketing sector through its participation in the leading agency in Spain, H2H. DM4H shares with H2H and also with Atresmedia its main differential values: analytical approach, creativity, customer service, transparency and innovation in digital solutions for its clients and brands.
However, with this investment it achieves on the one hand to add additional digital capabilities, a differential positioning in some clients reinforcing the leadership position in influencer marketing and adds additional services of social media strategy and social network management, which have a growing influence on the marketing and communication activities of advertisers.
