Deloitte Legal advises Gramperfil sale to CSN

Deloitte Legal advised the shareholders of Gramperfil, a Portuguese company specialising in steel and aluminum processing, on the sale of 100% of its share capital to the Spanish subsidiary of the Brazilian group Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN).

The deal marks a new chapter for both companies. CSN, a global players in the steel and metallurgy sector, is expanding its presence in Portugal and strengthening its position in the European market. Gramperfil, in turn, gains new opportunities for growth and internationalization.

Deloitte Legal oversaw the entire process, ensuring a successful transaction. The deal was led by Miguel Koch Rua (pictured) partner in the corporate and M&A practice, supported by Eduarda Alves da Costa, associate in the same team.
