Del Canto Chambers signs former judge Josep Gálvez for its London office

Anglo-Spanish law firm Del Canto Chambers has signed former Civil and Commercial court Spanish judge, Josep Gálvez, to reinforce its Contentious area

Josep Gálvez has recently joined the International Litigation & Arbitration practice of Del Canto Chambers, led by Fernando León del Canto, a law firm founded in Spain in 1981, and that opened its London office in 2006.

Gálvez’s early career included two years as legal counsel at travel company TUI, followed by a five-year tenure as a Civil and Commercial court judge in Spain. He also worked at Andersen Tax & Legal, and launched Galvez Pascual law firm, where he still is managing partner.

Del Canto Chambers specializes in Intellectual property (IP) and International Tax and teaches International Public Law and International Litigation at the Universidad de Barcelona.
