David Gómez Cubillo joins Toda & Nel-lo real estate team
Toda & Nel-lo has reinforced its real estate law practice with the addition of David Gómez Cubillo (pictured right) as new counsel. With over 15 years of experience, the last seven at Simmons & Simmons, Gómez Cubillo brings extensive expertise in transactional and ongoing advisory matters.
Specializing in real estate acquisitions and disposals of all kinds (land, properties under construction, completed properties, and income-generating assets), he has handled transactions under various structures, including asset deals, share deals, sale and lease-backs, leases, surface rights, real estate development and construction, work contracts, architectural and engineering agreements, project and asset management contracts, among others.
Gómez Cubillo has also been involved in cross-border transactions and has played a key role in conducting and coordinating due diligence processes.
As the new counsel at Toda & Nel-lo, Gómez Cubillo will not only lead the real estate law department but will also collaborate closely with other practice areas within the firm, such as public and urban planning law, corporate and M&A, tax, and litigation, among others.
