Andersen advises Lar and Arcano on the agreement with The Residential Club to manage a ‘flex living’ in Málaga
Andersen has advised Grupo Lar and the urban development fund Impacto Andalucía, managed by Arcano, on the agreement reached with The Residential Club (TRC), operator of assets in the living segment in Spain, for the management of an innovative flex living building in Málaga TechPark.
Grupo Lar is a Spanish company specialized in the investment, development and management of real estate assets with more than 50 years of experience, while Arcano Partners is an independent global firm with more than 20 years of experience in financial advisory and asset management at an international level. For its part, TRC was born in 2019 with the aim of redefining the way young professionals live and currently manages more than 350 places in Spain.
The property, designed under high ESG standards, is aimed at workers and companies in Málaga TechPark and is scheduled to open its doors in summer 2025. The 7,500 m2 building will have 105 accommodations and 186 beds for residential use spread over five floors.
Andersen’s advice on the transaction has been led by Eduardo González, partner in the Real Estate department, and Juan Luis Vives, senior associate in the same team.
