Cuatrecasas Portugal advises TeamViewer on acquiring Hapibot

Cuatrecasas Portugal has advised the Germany-based global Technology company TeamViewer on its acquisition of Portuguese software and digital design agency Hapibot

Cuatrecasas Portugal has advised TeamViewer, a German company that provides remote connectivity and workplace digitalisation solutions, on acquiring Hapibot, a software development and digital design agency based in Porto.

The Cuatrecasas legal team advising TeamViewer was led by Corporate and M&A partner João Mattamouros Resende (pictured left), Intellectual Property, Technology, Media and Telecommunications partner Sónia Queiróz Vaz (pictured centre) and Labour counsel Sandra Lima da Silveira (pictured right). It also included Real Estate partner Sara Quaresma and associates Gonçalo Nogueira and Renato Miguel Pires. The team also counted on João von Funcke from the Corporate and M&A practice area, Liliana Almeida de Moura from the Labour practice area and Teresa Isabel Gonçalves from the IP-TMT practice Area.
