Cuatrecasas counsels ECI on its €2bn debt refinancing
Cuatrecasas has counseled El Corte Inglés on its €2bn refinancing with the support of 24 national and international banks
The investment grade contract improves and makes existing financing conditions more flexible: it ensures stable financing with longer terms, lower costs and no guarantees. It also includes sustainability commitments in line with the group’s corporate social responsibility strategies.
