Cuatrecasas and Uría instructed on Lindorff-Banco Mare Nostrum acquisition

Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira advised Lindorff España on the acquisition of Banco Mare Nostrum’s debt collection business.

 

Banco Mare Nostrum was advised by Uría & Menéndez on the deal, according to Mergermarket data.

Lindorff, which was founded in Norway and has an annual revenue of more than €300 million, is a provider of debt-related administrative services.

Lindorff currently has 2,600 employees in 11 countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, The Netherlands, Germany and Spain.
