Cuatrecasas advises Zurich on Real Estate deal

Cuatrecasas has advised Zurish on the acquisition of  the well-known building Castilho 52, in Lisbon

Cuatrecasas advised Zurich on the purchase of the Castilho 52, building in Lisbon from the German Real Estate investment fund AM Alpha.

 “The building, built in the 90’s, is composed by ten office floors above ground with an approximate area of 4,090 m² and two basement parking floors, and is located in the so-called Prime Central Business District of offices in Lisbon”, refers Cuatrecasas in a statement.
