Cuatrecasas advises Wellma on strategic alliances
Cuatrecasas has advised Wellma, a leading European group in the development and production of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals, on its strategic alliances with Nutrifundiet, a specialized developer and manufacturer of nutraceutical gummies, and Nutraresearch, a CDMO and R&D center in the nutraceutical field.
Both operations will contribute to strengthening Wellma in the development and production of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals. The alliance with Nutrifundiet opens doors to a rapidly growing sector—nutraceutical gummies—while the agreement with Nutraresearch boosts Wellma’s innovation efforts and further reinforces its presence in Europe.
