Cuatrecasas advises Arbor Investment on the acquisition of majority stake in Port Med Barcelona

Cuatrecasas has advised Arbor Investments, a company belonging to one of the Incus Capital investment funds, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Port Med Barcelona, concessionaire of the Marina Vela sports port, as a result of a capitalization partial debt agreed with the company.

The deal has obtained the approval of the Port Authority of Barcelona and that has been the result of capitalizing the debt that, in 2016, Port Med Barcelona contracted with Incus Capital in search of financing for the construction and development of its business project.

The team involved in the operation was formed by Cuatrecasas’ lawyers: Juan Aguayo (partner), Leon Lopez (partner), Carlota Tojo (associate), José Magán (associate) y José Ignacio López de Haro (associate).
