Cuatrecasas advises on the acquisition of an industrial complex
Cuatrecasas has advised Grupo Flamasats on the acquisition of an industrial complex located in Aoiz (Navarra) from Siemens Gamesa.
The complex covers more than 88,000 m2 and has more than 33,000 m2 of warehouses and offices. In the first instance, the company plans an initial investment of €25 million to set up a new Clipper lighter factory.
The team from Cuatrecasas advising Grupo Flamasats was formed by Miguel Martí (pictured left), advisor to the real estate group, and Moises Oller (pictured right), partner in the tax department, with the collaboration of lawyers Claudio Hoyos and Pol Cots.
