Cuatrecasas advises MVGM on acquisition of JLL business unit

Cuatrecasas advised Dutch property management company MVGM on the acquisition of JLL’s Iberian property management business.

As a result of the acquisition, MVGM now has a presence in 10 European countries.

A multijurisdictional Cuatrecasas team based in Lisbon and Barcelona advised on the deal. The team was led by partners João Mattamouros Resende (pictured) and Bernat Mullerat, and included Francisco Martins Caetano, Margarida Sapateiro and Sandra Silveira.

JLL was advised by PLMJ. The PLMJ team included partner Manuel Santos Vítor, as well as Catarina Santinha and Ana Varela Costa.
