Cuatrecasas advises Hope Care on €6M round
Cuatrecasas has advised Hope Care, a Portuguese healthtech company specializing in certified medical software for remote patient monitoring, on the closing of a €6 million Series A financing round composed entirely of new capital.
The round was led by private equity and venture capital manager Iberis Capital, with participation from Vieira de Matos – VDM Capital and Buenavista Equity Partners, an existing shareholder of the company.
The proceeds will go toward supporting Hope Care’s European expansion, specifically strengthening the commercial and operational capacity needed to launch and scale new remote patient monitoring programs. Hope Care’s technology is currently used across 15 local health units in Portugal. Beyond the public health system, the platform is also deployed among private healthcare providers, social support organizations and municipalities.
