Cuatrecasas advises Gonvarri on Kaufmann Systems acquisition

Cuatrecasas has advised Gonvarri Industries on the acquisition of Kaufmann Systems AG, through its Norwegian subsidiary Gonvarri Material Handling AS

With this acquisition, Gonvarri Material Handling acquires a majority stake in the Swiss engineering company.

Kaufmann Systems AG is based in Hitzkirch, Switzerland, and is an engineering company which offers a wide variety of storage equipment systems & solutions for automation projects. Their key distribution channel is to System Integrators with a regional focus on Switzerland and Germany.
