Cuatrecasas advises Gimeno on the acquisition of Obremo

Cuatrecasas has advised Gimeno Servicios Compartidos on buying shares of Obremo, S.L., a company specializing in global engineering services and facilities

The company also manages the marketing and maintenance of telecommunications, water, gas, renewable energy, infrastructure and electricity.

The Gimeno group has acquired complete control of the company, after having acquired 43.33% in 2019. The purchase enables the group to continue with its growth and expansion strategy, and to extend its portfolio of services mainly aimed at energy and infrastructure companies.

The Cuatrecasas team handling the project was made up of managing partner of the Valencia office Juan Grima (pictured) and lawyer María Furest, with the collaboration of secretary Cinta Gallent.
